Tierra Buena School

 

I am honored to serve as the principal of Tierra Buena School.  At Tierra Buena School our mission is to “Strive for Excellence and Soar to New Heights”.  We are committed to providing our students with an exceptional educational experience and creating an environment where all students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. 

 

Tierra Buena School is a school of approximately 650 students in TK through eighth-grade. Established in 1908, our school is steeped in a rich tradition of excellence and has served multiple generations of families.   

 

As Tierra Buena Eagles we embody our S.O.A.R. principles as we all strive to be Safe, On Task, Accountable, and Respectful.  Eagles SOAR isn’t just the signs we have around our school, it is the way we conduct ourselves and the culture we work to establish on our campus.  We expect that once you are an Eagle at Tierra Buena School, you demonstrate the values of SOAR and help to spread this message.  

 

As your principal, I embrace my role in guiding our school to be a better place for students.  Collectively with the staff, we work to provide the best possible educational program so that our students flourish academically and strive for success.  Parental involvement is vital to the success of our school, and I encourage you to become actively involved in our PTA to create a stimulating school experience which enriches the lives of our students.
